HIGH TENACITY YARNS

High-strength nylon 6 fiber (strength >7g/D) is produced using high-viscosity chips through melt extrusion, spinning cooling, dual oiling/bundling, multi-stage high-ratio drawing, and high-temperature stepwise heat-setting to achieve highly oriented crystalline structures. With mechanical properties approaching nylon 6 industrial yarn at significantly lower cost, it shows potential in military textiles and high-end luxury applications.
